Our team of healthcare professionals, including physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, nurses, dietitians, and medical assistants collaborates closely with you to deliver patient-centered medical care and services. We function as your health partners, offering a range of services such as medical care, health counseling, laboratory testing, prescriptions, and preventive measures, including Pre- and Post-Exposure Prophylaxis.
HIV Testing
Our organization provides complimentary HIV testing and prevention counseling services in Crosby Center. If you have any questions or concerns related to sexually transmitted infections (STIs) that may require an appointment, such as treatment concerns, feel free to reach out to us by phone.
Walk-ins are welcome for regular HIV/STI screenings.

PrEP
We offer low-cost PrEP services at our Crosby Health center, providing a daily pill to prevent HIV and significantly reduce the risk. Convenient access is available at these centers, or use the PrEP locator tool to find nearby providers offering these services.
Affordable Walk-In STI Testing & Treatment
Gonorrhea and Chlamydia screenings (urine, throat, and/or rectal) and Syphilis screening (blood) are available. Treatment for Syphilis, Gonorrhea, and Chlamydia is by appointment. The agency offers Viral Hepatitis screenings and vaccinations.
Risk Reduction Programs
Our programs focus on reducing risks for individuals with HIV, enhancing skills, and instilling confidence to navigate life with the virus.
